Sofia, October 20, 2026 – We are glad to welcome Nikolay Pargov to the Transmetrics Board of Directors.
Nikolay is Chairman of the Board of Alpega, the logistics software group behind three leading European freight exchanges and a network of 80,000 carriers. He has more than 20 years in European road transport and logistics. Few people know the industry from as many sides as Nikolay. He has worked across the whole chain: global logistics, freight brokerage, transport software and large carriers.
He spent eleven years at DHL, rising to Global Head of Ground Operations. In 2016, he joined C.H. Robinson as Operations Director, Europe. At Transporeon, he was CEO of ControlPay, then CCO and CRO. In 2024, he joined Girteka, one of Europe’s largest road carriers, and became its CEO in 2025.
Transmetrics TMS launched in September. Adding a board member of Nikolay’s standing now shows where we are heading: more carriers, more countries, and a product that keeps improving with every fleet that joins.
