If anyone in my office can change it, what stops them from breaking it? ⌄
The way it’s built. Every change lives in your company’s layer, and the sealed core checks it before it takes effect. A change cannot corrupt your data, delete your database, or open the system to outsiders — even through a badly-worded request.
What if a request comes out wrong? ⌄
You get an ordinary, visible mistake — a field or document that doesn’t do what you meant, the way any instruction can be misheard. It’s on the record like everything else, and fixing it is one more sentence, not a consultant-day.
What happens to my existing data? ⌄
Bringing your history in is a separate, honest job: our data specialists move it from Excel, paper or your old TMS, working with your office rather than instead of it.
Am I locked in? ⌄
No. You always have access to your own layer of code, and the core is open source. Your TMS runs as your own isolated server with its own PostgreSQL database — copy your data, back it up, or move it to another system any time.
Do I need IT people? ⌄
No. Someone in your office writes what your company needs, in your language, and refines what comes back the way you’d brief a person. The person who makes Excel do things nobody else can, can do this.
