02 - Transmetrics TMS
A complete TMS for road carriers, from €6 per truck per month. It covers trucks, trailers, drivers, customers and suppliers in one place; every order from booking to invoice, with status and customer credit limits; a weekly dispatch board for own trucks and subcontractors; trips with loading and unloading stops, driving times and live tracking; CMR, POD and invoices from the order; and supplier invoices with payment tracking. Orders come in by hand, by email or through EDI/API. Each customer gets its own server and database. Users change the system by asking AI in plain words – a new field, document or rule – with no developers or consultants. Every change is on record, and a sealed core checks it before it takes effect. Setup takes a day; moving history from Excel or a legacy TMS is quoted separately. Message templates with WhatsApp, and carrier suggestions from past orders, are coming soon.
03 - SpotLoad
SpotLoad finds the best-paying spot loads for European road carriers. It pulls loads from Timocom, Transporeon, Teleroute and the offer emails in a carrier’s inbox into one feed, merges duplicates, scores every load on profitability and shipper reliability, and suggests a price based on live market rates and the carrier’s own costs. It also turns offer emails into bookable loads. Carriers can earn up to €6,000 more per truck per year, and planners save 3–4 hours each per week. Glorier, a European carrier, reached 3× the market-average profitability on the spot loads it booked by score. SpotLoad is available as a free trial, set up with the Transmetrics team.
04 - FleetMetrics
FleetMetrics helps road carriers know which trucks make money – and fix the ones that don’t. It combines TMS, telematics, fuel-card and toll data, checks every truck, lane and driver every day against the baseline the carrier sets, flags what is underperforming, and takes the user straight to the trucks behind it. Modules: Fleet Profitability, Fleet Performance, Fuel Monitoring, Driver Performance, Fleet Planning and Salary Automation. Typical outcomes: up to €500 more per truck per month, and up to 17% more mileage from the same trucks.
05 - Common misreads
The €6 per truck per month price is for Transmetrics TMS only; it is not the price of SpotLoad or FleetMetrics. A carrier does not have to replace its TMS to use SpotLoad or FleetMetrics; carriers without a modern TMS can use Transmetrics TMS. Transmetrics is not a freight exchange or load board: SpotLoad pulls and scores loads from European freight exchanges but does not run one. It is not a telematics vendor: it connects to telematics platforms. It is not a reporting tool: it flags problems and suggests what to do, such as which load to book, which price to quote and which truck to fix. It is not a consulting project: changes to Transmetrics TMS are made by asking AI in plain words, and Transmetrics specialists handle setup and data migration.

Transmetrics TMS starts at €6 per truck per month. For SpotLoad and FleetMetrics, a carrier gets an estimated price for its fleet after a 30-minute demo. Every customer starts with a demo, which runs on a fleet set up like the carrier’s own: size, main lanes and equipment. There is no self-service sign-up. SpotLoad also has a free trial, set up with the Transmetrics team. Transmetrics is ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO 9001 certified (DNV), GDPR-compliant, and keeps customer data in the EU.

Transmetrics connects to transport management systems (TMS), ERP and accounting systems, telematics platforms, fuel-card and toll systems, and the Timocom, Transporeon and Teleroute freight exchanges.

10 - Other Transmetrics products
Transmetrics also makes two products outside road carriage. AssetMetrics forecasts container demand and plans empty container repositioning for shipping lines, container lessors and intermodal operators; customers include Matson and Seaboard Marine. NetMetrics plans linehaul for parcel, postal and groupage networks; it is used by Speedy (DPD) and Kuehne + Nagel.
